Source: Thomas Merton Audio Recordings, Tape #154, Track #3 (excerpt); The recording was transferred from reel-to-reel audio tape to digital format. Most recordings were first transferred to compact disk and then ripped to digital. NOTE: transcripts were generated in 2025-2026 using the Whisper automatic speech recognition (ASR) system.
